Return Policy/Cancellations

Custom Items/Wedging pieces are non-refundable. We can not allow the cancellation of an item, as all items are made to order. We have time and resources that have already been allocated to processing an item from the time an order is placed.

Non-Customized Item(s) and Stock Items are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, but is solely at the discretion of Damrill Metal Art & Design.
